Sayyagari1979 Posted January 9, 2021 Report Share Posted January 9, 2021 To anyone i have recently got approved for ead/ap, i have a h1b extension coming in nov 2021, and i was advised to get the extension done. the question i have is, once i have the advanced parole, can i travel to India for 2-3 months on ead/advanced parole because i don't have valid stamping in my passport for my current employer. As the consulate in India is closed or having delayed processing, is it safe to travel on ead/ap and coming back without getting stamping done ? and i heard from some people that once we come back on ead/ap, our h1b will be cancelled, please advice .
