My employer is suggesting that in order to take advantage of better dates for AOS in EB3 category, it is better to file EB3 i140 (given the current timelines). They are considering filing EB3 PERM for me. Will filing EB3 PERM have any impact on my already approved EB2 NIW i140? Kindly advice. Quote Link to comment
