KKumar2020 Posted January 5, 2021 Report Share Posted January 5, 2021 I am a h1 visa holder. My h4 dependents i94 expired on jun-30-2020. I got amendment i797 approved till feb 2021, so i am legal to stay and work till feb 2021- someone told i dont have to apply for dependents. Only now (jan 04-2021) i realised extension should have been applied for h4 Visa holders. Can i apply h4 visa extension for my family (h4) now staying in USA? Quote Link to comment
