arfboost 0 Report post Posted January 2 I applied GC for my Mom in May 2019 and still pending . She came to US in B1/B2 Visa on Aug 2020 can stay till Feb 2021. Today is Jan 2,2021 and I am about to file for Adjustment of Status (Form 485). My question is do I have to file form i-539 Extension to B1/B2 Visa as well since her tourist visa expires next month? or filing only i485 is enough m What other issues can come up according to your experience .
