I have an approved I797 but not a valid stamping. With the current situation and only emergency visa appointments are allowed, wanted to understand what conidtions meet the requirement for medical situation of a family to apply for emergency visa? My mom is in ICU for last couple days and need to visit to support my dad. My family will be in US and would like to return back after a month. Can this be considered a medical situation for emergency visa? If so, please advise of any additional steps to be taken while applying for emergency visa. Thank you Quote Link to comment
