subbu@919 Posted January 1, 2021 Report Share Posted January 1, 2021 (edited) Hi I work for an employer in state A and i have an approved I140 with priority date in 2015 Jan under EB2. Due to recent visa ban extension, spill over is likely to happen for the fiscal year 2022.So it is likely that EB3 shows some progress.say as an example June 2015. If i relocate to another state B with same employer, then can my employer file using the approved one in state A ? or should i get my I140 at state B approved and then proceed filing, provided filing date is later to my priority date. ?
