H1b Amendment - Change in Job Title & Salary

Hi Everyone,

I am on H1b & working as a Full time for an organization. I have been asked to switch to new job title (no change in my Job duties) and has a salary change as well. Before I say yes to my manager, I need a guidance, whether my employer will have to file the H1b amendment or its not required on Job Title & Salary Change.

Your employer's attorney may have advised your employer for a new job title and salary change based on changes to immigration rules.  An amendment to the same will be required.
