geet_1 Posted December 29, 2020 Report Share Posted December 29, 2020 H4 extension for my 19yr old son has been pending for 5 months, after my H1 was approved in premium. Can we apply for H4 to F1 COS while H4 extension is pending with USICS? Do we need to wait until the H4 extension is approved and then apply for F1 COS? The current H4 will expire in Jan 2021, considering the F1 processing times, can COS to F1 be applied while the current H4 is valid and extension is pending?
