Arzoo Hussain
Hi, I have 3 years Bachelor degree (History) and 3 years Master degree (Computer Science) from India. My PERM application and I-140 have been filed and approved under EB2 category in 2012. I changed my job and joined a new employer. New employer is interested to file my green card application. New employer's law firm is saying "I can be considered under EB3, because I don't have 4 years Bachelor degree". I do have education evaluation and it's saying that my both degree is equivalent to US "Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems". But still, law firm is not agreeing and saying, it will be filed under EB3. I would like to get filed under EB2. What option I have, now? Is there any suggestion? Please help me out.
