Eb2 to eb3 downgrade and filed AOS: Can i move to new employer on H1b

Hi,

I filed my I- 485 last month downgraded from Eb2 to EB3(new 140) and filed AOS concurrently with current employer, I got my H1 transfer approval with company B. 

 I have few concerns and much appreciate if you can provide answers for below.

1. Can i move to new employer B on H1b? while my Eb3 i-140 and i 485 pending with current employer

2. what will happen to my i -485 and 140 if i move

3. If i need to wait, is it 180 days after i 140 approved or 180 days after i - 485 has been pending
