jusbala Posted December 17, 2020 Report Share Posted December 17, 2020 My In-laws came to US on Jun 28 and their I-94 is expiring on Dec 28. However, I have applied for their extension of stay on Dec01 (Package reached USCIS on Dec 02). But, I did not receive receipt number yet. Will thr stay be legal if I receive receipt notice after Dec 09 or should they leave the country before Dec 09 if receipt not received? Any help or information is much appreciated.
