My brother, a US citizen, is submitting i-130 for me. both of us are above 40 and were born in India, married and have our own families. I became a Canadian citizen by naturalization and since have moved to Canada for work as a NAFTA professional. Does my brother have to submit separate i-130 for each of my kids and my spouse? Or do they become derivative beneficiaries based on the age and relationship when I have to do AoS/CP? Can I modify pending i-130 if its submitted online?
