Dismissed domestic violence case

Do dismissed Dv cases have any effect on job search? Anyone in the forum able to switch full time jobs without any issues? Is it a good option to seal the record?

There should not be any impact in job search. My issue happened in 2015. I have changed 3 employers and didn't face any issues. As the matter is dismissed before the court date, your name will not be there in the court record search. ( I have done sealing too but no impact related to Job. I did it for stamping purpose just in case).
