PERM Denial and Reapply

Hi All, 

I had a question regarding my labor certification. This has been denied in March 2020 after audit in Sep 2019. Then my employer again file one fresh Perm on June 2020. Wanted to check if prior labor certification is denied, will it be maximum chance current one will also go for an Audit before approval.

Hi All,

My perm filed in June 2020  and there are no updates from DOL. Now their websites shows July 2020. I checked with my employer and Attorney and till now they have not received any update. is it normal that they skip cases from previous month and start approving next month. Wanted to check if this delay would end of with Audit.

Thanks for your response, till now I have not heard anything on my case , is it due to my previous history. Now they started approving july 2020 cases but my case is in pending status from June.
