GC Process Start Time

Hi,

I have an approved I140 with priority date of Dec 2015 with Employer A. I recently moved to Employer B who is willing to start my GC process in January 2021. I have now received another offer from Employer C who is also willing to start my GC process as soon as I join. I am currently satisfied with Employer B but Employer C is offering me significantly more in terms of compensation but I'm not sure if I will like the work at Employer C or not.

Given the current movement of EB3 dates and S386, I'm not sure if I have a chance to try working for Employer C for 6-12 months and then start my GC process at that time as I am not sure if my priority date will become current in next one year or so. Can someone please let me know what are the chances of my priority date becoming current in next 1-2 years so that I can decide on whether to go with Employer C or stay with Employer B?
