Immigrant visa expired due to COVID-19 Lockdown

Hi,

I was issued an immigrant visa valid for 6 months ( Family Based greencard - immediate relative of US Citizen). I could not travel to the US as Mumbai was under lockdown due to COVID-19. During this duration my visa expired. Has anyone had a similar experience and know what the next steps are to get my visa reissued/renewed?
