Aswin Chandrasekaran Posted December 8, 2020 Report Share Posted December 8, 2020 Hi, My spouse filed for an I94 extension for her L2 visa, and the EAD renewal simultaneously. The EAD renewal is going out of processing soon, but the I-539 application shows a much longer processing time. We plan to raise an out of processing time request for the EAD renewal application. Does anyone here know whether USCIS will renew the EAD before the I94 extension is granted? My L1A I94 extension has been approved already. My spouse has not even gotten a biometrics appointment for her I94 extension. In a month her EAD will expire and she will lose her job.\ Any advice or pointers will be of great help. Thank you.
