lovely
The basic rule of thumb is "You need to have a project", regardless of location/client/employer etc...and your paperwork should be verifiable if they intended. I would recommend you to join another project and obtain client letter and necessary documents prior to your travel. Quote Link to comment
Priya Krishnamoorthy
Are the Consulates open in India? Whether yours is a drop box or Visa interview? Quote Link to comment
02112018
No, Try to avoid travel until you get a new project. Quote Link to comment
ikamat
Yup I'm in the same situation. I've booked an an H-1B stamping appointment for March. However, I don't know if i'll travel in Jan because i'm like 90% sure they'll cancel the appointment. I think they let people book appointments in March and Feb only as a first step to book an expedited appointment. Since you need an appointment to book an emergency appointment. Regardless, I'm going to wait till Jan and evaluate the situation then. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Go to visa stamping when you are on project and stamping for that project else issues... Quote Link to comment
