Hi,

I have purchased health insurance off marketplace and not from employer. With open enrolment period, I am trying to get health insurance from my employer but he is not willing to provide as it will affext its margin. At the same time, my employer has sponsored for green card. I would like to know will there be any impact to my green card processing as I am NOT buying health insurance from my employer.

Appreciate any inputs on this topic.
