Greeen card immigrant IR5 visa expired because of covid 19 but received green card on last week at US Address.

My mother had a Green card interview on January 3rd 2020 at Mumbai, India.
My mother got an IR5 visa and her visa expires on Jun-16, 2020.
She wanted to enter the USA in April, 2020 but because of lock-down and
flight cancellation she could not traveled and her visa for green card has
expired on June 16th 2020.
Now on last week i received her green card via mail at my address. The green card valid date from 08/22/20 to 08/22/30.
Is she still eligible to travel in USA if i send the green card to her in india via mail and with expired IR5 visa?
Note : The USA embassy in India closed until 12/31/2020.

That GC was sent by error and is invalid. She needs to get another IV and then come over. Talk to a lawyer.
