skullbocks13 Posted November 22, 2020 Report Share Posted November 22, 2020 Hi Team, My newborn has just arrived on 12th of Nov and my H1B 240 days grace period is getting over on 12th Dec , I have already asked my employers to file it in premium . However the birth certificate , Passport , SSN and NOC card would take 4-6 weeks and it will cross the 12th Dec 240 days , Is there any exception provided by USCIS on humanitarian ground if my Visa gets rejected and under such circumstances what is the course of action .
