Due to the pandemic, I cancelled my trip. My visa fees for the Chennai Consulate interview is still valid. My wife (on expired H4 visa ) has a sister in Singapore. She wants to travel to Singapore for a few days and attend the visa interview in the US consulate in Singapore. Can she attend the visa interview in Singapore? If yes, is the fee transferable to the US consulate in Singapore or I have to fill in a new DS-160 and do the whole process (of booking an interview date in Singapore) again? Please let me know.
