H1B Dropbox appointment dates for extentsion not available

Hi All, 

I am eligible for dropbox but I am unable to find any open dates for last 2 weeks or more for Mumbai. (checking everyday)

1) Is the Mumbai consulate not processing any dropbox visa? 

2) Since my previous H1b interview was at Mumbai consulate, am I limited to Mumbai for my dropbox appointment?

3) Anyone with recent dropbox experience?

Please check USTRAVELDOCS.com/IN/ for eligibility. I think one of the criteria is Consulate office, which means you might get drop box only in Mumbai.
