KS Rao Posted November 20, 2020 Report Share Posted November 20, 2020 Hi All, My H1B got approved in July 2020 but my attorney/Employer haven't received my original I-797A approved notice. But my employer has received I797C employer copy of approval notice. I got a fulltime employment now and willing transfer my H1 to new employer. Can someone please confirm if the H1 transfer can be done with I797C approval copy? Appreciate any response Quote Link to comment
