Effect of status change from H1B to L-1 on I485 Filing

Hi,

Visa numbers are available for me to file for I485 however I am currently out of US and my H1 is expired. I got a letter from National Visa Center stating that visa number is available for my case to move further in filing for I485, which will be valid if I file for I485 within a year from the date of that letter.

Now my company is not ready to do counsellor processing but they are ready to file for L-1 and if I get the visa they are ready to file for AOS once I am within US.

My question is will there be an issue in filing for my AOS, if I take the L1 visa and reach US as I would be switching from H1 to L1.

Greatly appreciate any guidance in this regards.
