vc1981
Hi all, Apologies for the last minute ask. Really appreciate a quick response. I have my naturalization interview for USA scheduled tomorrow. I had applied the n-400 a while ago. I just noticed that my Indian passport had expired a month and half ago. Its not possible for me to get a new valid Indian passport for the naturalization interview. I have a valid green card and I have not traveled outside USA this year. The docs listed in the interview notice says to bring valid and expired passport for the travel purposes which I can carry but its expired. "Your passport and/or any other documents you used in connection with any entries into the United States." . Do I need a valid India passport for the interview? I have other forms for iD - Drivers license and Global entry. If its risky to the process of getting approved and if this increase chances that I will be sent back, I can call and postpone my interview process. Please advise. Thx vchand Quote Link to comment
