SitaKona Posted November 13, 2020 Report Share Posted November 13, 2020 Hi, Have F1 OPT valid until Feb 2021, H1BCOS petition received RFE and is in the process of responding. There is an emergency to go to India, question: is it possible to return on F1 OPT while H1 is pending(I understand H1 Cos would be abandoned but still can be approved for consular processing).
