Tejas101 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2020 I have question in regards to updated H1B prevailing wages from Oct 8.Does H1B occupation related prevailing wage rate can only count base hourly salary or it can include base salary and benefits (in dollar value?). For i.e. base salary is $40/hour and with including other benefits (i,e. health insurance, paid vacation, 401K contribution, bonus) the salary is $50/hour. Can employer submit $50/hr as prevailing wage for labor application for H1B renewal? Share this post Link to post
