priyaimmigrant Posted October 24, 2020 Report Share Posted October 24, 2020 My PERM was applied with my employer address as working location but I have never worked in that state so far. My date is current now so for filing 485 ,Do I need to Amend my already approved PERM which is under my employer's location now and re-apply using the current working location ? In current situation should I even take chances of filing the PERM and then 140 ? what other options do I have to move ahead with the current PERM? Quote Link to comment
