Place of birth with town name

On my passport, the place of birth is 'Patancheru' which is a small town in Telangana state in India. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patancheru). But on my birth certificate, the place of birth is 'Government Hospital of Sangareddy' - so I am having a doubt if that would cause any problems? Sangareddy is a Mandal in which Patancheru is located. Can someone please advice if this will be ok or will cause any issues while filing I485 or in the future? 

Second question: My mom's last name on birth certificate is her family name which was changed later on in my passport to same as my last name. Not sure if this will be a problem?
