dineshchid Posted October 21, 2020 Report Share Posted October 21, 2020 Hi My current H1 approval validity ends on this Nov 2020 - so I have submitted my extension through my Employer (petition filed with USCIS last month). After it got filed, I recently noticed that the period of employment in my LCA was for next 3 years (until Nov 2023) but I have my remaining CAP of 2 years only (since I came here on Feb 2017). Can anyone tell me if this will be problem in my extension approval now because of the LCA date? Please advise. Quote Link to comment
