Second F-1 visa stamping

Kindly help me on this I came to India recently due to medical emergency and wanted to take care personal issues. My visa got expired on june 2020.  I have exhausted my opt and STEM. My previous SEVIS was complete.

Now I have enrolled into masters in information technology program at University of Cumberland  since i did my first masters on industrial engineering whereasvi will enroll university with new sevis and initial i20 i need to know  if this is possible and will there be any hurdle on visa interview. 

Greatly appreciate for help.

If interested, and if your previous college was legit you may like to think of an appropriate Ph.D. in a reputed College.

You will need to prepare for the interview. Keep in mind that you will not get OPT again once completing your MS. You can OPT only once on same level of education.

That institution is infamous for issuing fraudulent CPT.

You can not use OPT nor CPT because you already have used OPT for the same educational level.

I suggest applying at a real university.
