get_harishm Posted October 13, 2020 Report Share Posted October 13, 2020 (edited) Applied H1b transfer in jun 6th 2020, got receipt and joined new company with H1b Transfer receipt. USCIS case status still showing receipt sent only . Company enquired with USCIS and got info that case status showing approved but company didn't receive I797 approval document yet.
