Saikiran90
Hello All, My H1B start date is from Oct 1, 2020 and it has been approved for 3 years. I was laid-off due to lack of projects and applied for another company for the role of Software developer. I've done my Masters and bachelors in Mechanical Engineering but all my experience is into software engineering domain. Will there be any issues for H1B transfer? Regards, Sai Kiran Sridhar Quote Link to comment

Qui Hu
I have exactly same situation. Would it help if we sought out Masters in computer science in US before any such need arises? Qui H Quote Link to comment
