DAVID DANG
Dear all, I have lived and studied US with visa F1 since 2016 at Florida, I have a son 19 years old ( he born on 2001 ) , he is living with her mother in Florida too. Her mother has get married with US's citizen since 2016. Thus, my son and his mother has given the green card from 2017. My question is: Can my son sponsor me a green card by file a petition to USCIS right now of 2020 ? or He has to wait until he was 21 years old? And if yes, what documentary I need in hand to submit application? Thank you so much and look forward to hearing your advice. Regards, David. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
The child would have to become a US citizen and be at least 21 to sponsor a parent. Quote Link to comment
