I got a mail a week ago saying my I-129 was approved and I can see that on the website - check the attached image. I also got an email yesterday from the immigration team saying I got an RFE. I resigned this week after receiving approval notice. But now I am in a weird position, especially considering changes made to H1-B on Oct 8th. Did anyone face a similar issue? Does USCIS issue a wrong status sometimes? Quote Link to comment

If so, then anyway your employer A will withdraw your petition (whether approved or in RFE status). Quote Link to comment
