acer01 Posted October 9, 2020 Report Share Posted October 9, 2020 Hi, I am due for extension and my company is in process for filing LCA. With the current DOL changes for wages my current level wage 3 is too high. Can the company file for LCA in level 2 instead of level 3 and use that for extension? Will there be any issue during extension? Also I have an approved I-140 on the same wage level from the current company. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
