G&G Posted October 4, 2020 Report Share Posted October 4, 2020 I am a EB2 candidate, my priority date is current, I have moved to another employer who did not have my PERM filed yet, My Old Employer willing to help to file I-485 based on his approved I-140, Option 1- Move to him first (H1b transfer) than file I-485 Option 2 File I-485 without moving and wait till to have EAD than move What option is better and any Pros and cons ?
