I have stamped visa of employer(A) in my passport valid till sep 2021.I changed my employer(A) to (B) on February and my I797 and I94 for (B) was approved in march 2020. Because of project issues i had to move to employer(C), my I797 and I94 for (C) was approved in sep 2020. I was in US the whole year and still is. Can I apply for dropbox in India and travel there next month and get my visa stamped for employer(C) and travel back to US? Quote Link to comment
