221g since Dec 2019 still in India

Hello,

I had stamping interview on 30th December 2019 in India and got 221g for admin processing. I submitted the requested documents on 6th January. The status online is still refused and last updated date as 30th December. Is there anything that can be done in this case?

Hi, I have a 221g for employer documents recently and I have submitted then next day and I see the status does not change from Refused from when my interview was, I have called consulate and customer service line all they say was we need to wait and they do not know processing times for admin processing.

I would suggest sending a mail to the consulate checking on the status and getting more information on the case.

I did and I got the canned response that U.S. Consulate General Mumbai has temporarily suspended routine visa services. No other information.

30th December 2019 in India -- did you try to contact your employer/attorney. If refused they might got some kind of communication from USCIS.
