h1bworker2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Report Share Posted September 29, 2020 one of my friend was advised by his legal to go ahead and submit his 485 without supplement J and letter from employer.The sponsoring employer (previous one) is going through some changes and can not issue supplement J in time.What are the chances of receiving an RFE or NOID in this case? Is supplement J mandatory at the time of filling or can be supplied later once and RFE or NOID is issued ? Quote Link to comment
