rajkumar.t08 Posted September 26, 2020 Report Share Posted September 26, 2020 Hi, My father came to US in Jan 2020 Due to COVID outbreak, we have filed a visa extension for my father and awaiting for further updates from USCIS in regards to status for visa extension. With this regard, can you kindly let me know whether we can file another petition for a visa extension for another six months with the first petition is on processing with USCIS. Also, my father's passport expires by December 2021, can you kindly let me know whether can we renew the passport here or he can renew his passport back in India Quote Link to comment
