Hi,

I have been waiting for EB2- I140 approval from past few months after providing evidence for RFE. No updates from USCIS.  My old approved EB2-I140 priority date yr 2014 .

But now the dates moved up for EB3.. Am I eligible to apply for concurrent processing to downgrade EB2 to EB3 and I1485 filing at same time?  or Do I need to apply premium process first for my pending EB2 - I140 approval and then apply concurrent processing for EB2 to EB3 & filing I485? .  Not sure what are the options available. Could any Immigration lawyer/team please response to this.
