Change of Status

I am from India. Worked for company A which filed for my green card and I have I-140 -EB3 approved with priority date of April 2013.

3 years back, I joined company B. Company B filed my Labor Certification which is approved. The company is about to file I-140 under EB2. Everything is ready to go.

I am in a dilemma now. Should I continue with Company A's I-140 and file Adjustment of Status. Company A is undergoing bankruptcy chapter 11 for the last 3 years but it is alive. I am not sure if there are any financial or other documents needed from company A which need to be sent to USCIC for Adjustment of Status.

Or should I Go ahead with Company B. File I140 + Change of Status + downgrade from Eb3 to Eb2 (Concurrent filing). Is Premium processing allowed here?

Or file I140 with company B under EB2 - Premium processing. Immediately file I485 and a downgrade EB3 to EB2. I understand that the case will go to the same location that approved I140 from company A and hence I can request premium processing for this case.

Please let me know the option I should take from the above or anything else that comes to your mind.
