H1 Transfer while H4 extension pending

Hi,

I have applied for my H1 extension along with H4 with my current employer A. H1 has got approved but H4 extension is still pending. I also have an approved I140 with current employer approved for more than a year now.

Now i got an offer from employer B. Can they initiate H4 transfer and new H4 EAD along with my H1 transfer. If yes, what would happen to the H4 extension filed with previous employer which is currently pending. Will that impact processing of H4 and H4 EAD in new employer B by any chance
