priypam
I worked for employer A on H1B for 5 years who filed I140 and was approved. Now I work for a different employer B. With employer B, I do not have any green card processing. With current visa bulletin, my priority date became current for filing and I plan to go back to employer A. Can I file I-485 through employer A without joining them or do I need to start working them and then only can apply I-485. Is it mandatory to be current employee of employer A and provide pay slips from them to apply for I-485. Quote Link to comment
