O1 visa: working remotely from India since March due to pandemic

Hi, I am employed by a US firm, on an O1 visa and since March I have been working from India (due to pandemic) and getting paid regularly. I want to know that when I go back to the US in November (after more than 6 months of being abroad), would my stay abroad create an issue?

I will carry recent pay stubs and a letter of employment confirmation from my employer stating continuous employment.

Getting paid was not the issue as you have no status abroad. In view of COVID, your absence makes sense and you should carry a letter about continuing employment to produce only if asked.
