In the document checklist given by USCIS website, I see the term "Visa issued by a foreign consulate" - I might have to choose this, since I do not have a Driver License (Govt issued document with photo). I only have a learner's permit and ITIN. Is the H4 Visa, issued by USA, a valid document for this category ? Quote Link to comment
