My extension approval came through but we are still waiting for my wife's and son approval from last two months. Due to a family emergency my wife is thinking to travel to India. We know that her application becomes void as soon as she leaves the country. But we need to know what happens to our Son's application? He is not planning to travel with her but stay with me in US to attend school. From this year though the receipt number for mother and child is different, the mother fills primary 539 form whereas for child it is 539-A. Quote Link to comment
