Does SDI require me to be unemployed for my maternity disability insurance? Or not paid through the company is fine without being unemployed to enroll in state disability insurance? If I am planning to take 3 months time off and I am not paid by the company for the 3 months and SDI only covers up to 10 weeks out of the 3 months? Quote Link to comment
